I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Avanti Plumbing and Drains. I spent months working with them on a quote for sewer work, only to have the price significantly increased at the last minute after I had already applied for financing and taken a hit to my credit score.
The original estimate was approximately $13,000, but the new quotes jumped to over $18,000 total. It felt as though the price was increased simply because they saw my financing pre-approval was for a higher amount. When I questioned the discrepancy, the explanation was dismissive, attributing the initial quote to a "mistake" by another employee
I would caution others to be careful when dealing with their estimating process, as the lack of transparency and last-minute changes have been very frustrating.
